Agata Noszczyk

CHEF

She has gained her experience in gastronomy while travelling and working in various interesting places. She prepared japanese breakfasts and yakitori, cut kilograms of cabbage for kimchi, pickled, learned about the process of fermentation, tested a gluten-free cuisine of five elements. Agata is vegan, she is engaged in many culinary initiatives and events. 

She is an ambassador of energizing food and likes to mix various flavors and colors. In her dishes you will find the combination of the traditions of Polish vegetarian cuisine, the warmth and happiness of Italian cuisine, and the techniques of Asian cuisine. The food needs to be tasty – that’s most important.

Jacek Kowiński

MANAGER

His story with gastronomy began like many other stories – at McDonalds. He later became a bartender and continued this adventure while studying. It was a time when the market for craft beers was born in Poland. After university he started his first company. And so one of the first food trucks in Silesia was created – SERWUS Slow Food Bus. He never stopped looking for culinary challenges and is always there, where creative ideas meet quality products.

Paulina Grabowska

INNOVATION DESIGNER

Innovation designer in the field of sustainable development. Paulina works in the field she calls “Moodfarming”, where she combines design and execution of urban farms with growth of functional foods, which have a positive influence on wellbeing and mood. In her studio NAS-DRA Conscious Design she studies and designs circular economy systems, climate change mitigation processes, urban farms, and the usage of various types of waste as resources. She is a lecturer in the School of Form at the SWPS University, where she teaches how to build urban farms and create bioelectronics. 

Paulina is a member of Brain Trust Boma Global, a network of specialists in various fields, who cooperate to solve global problems. She is a licensed architect in Poland and the Netherlands. She is a Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Delft University of Technology and the Department of Architecture and Urbanism at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice.
